Paid ops automation + AI content systems for foreign SMBs
I Build the Automation and Content Engines That Make Businesses Easier to Run.
I help foreign SMBs and business owners replace manual work, disconnected tools, and unclear processes with paid, practical business-ops automation and agentic AI content/video systems.
I do not start with technology. I start with the business problem—then design and build the system that solves it. Proof includes the gasoline station I personally operate.
Built from real operating experience—not theory, templates, or random AI features. No calendar yet: Book a Paid Build Call opens the contact form (or email), and I reply within 24 hours.

Your Business Does Not Need More Disconnected Tools.
It needs one clear system that connects the work.
Many businesses still depend on paper records, spreadsheets, chat messages, repeated data entry, and information held inside the owner's head. Even businesses using software often have tools that do not communicate with one another.
I design the operating system behind the business: how information enters, where it moves, what should happen automatically, what requires human approval, and what the owner needs to see to make confident decisions.
The result is familiar:
✕Leads are forgotten.
✕Staff repeat the same work.
✕Owners cannot see what is happening without asking.
✕Reports arrive late or cannot be trusted.
✕Important decisions are made from incomplete information.
✕Growth creates more confusion instead of more control.
The goal is not more software. The goal is a business that works better because the right system is behind it.

●Built and Operational
I Automated the Business I Personally Operate.
How I turned JCB Gas Station from an owner-dependent operation into a business I can monitor and manage from anywhere.
The challenge
Running a gasoline station requires much more than recording daily sales.
Fuel is a liquid asset that moves through deliveries, storage tanks, pumps, and customer transactions. It cannot be counted like ordinary products on a shelf. Even a small unexplained difference can affect inventory, cash reconciliation, profit calculations, and management decisions.
At the same time, the business must manage employees, attendance, shifts, expenses, payments, daily sales, and long-term financial performance.
The system I built
I designed and built a centralized gas-station management system that connects and automates the station's essential operations.
It brings fuel inventory, sales, expenses, employee management, attendance, cash flow, profit margins, and overall business performance into one controlled dashboard.
Instead of depending on paper records, separate spreadsheets, and verbal reports, I can access the information I need from anywhere and act with confidence.

Selected Systems
Different Industries. The Same Discipline: Solve the Real Problem.
Proof is labeled honestly. Only systems that run in production carry Built and Operational (or Built). Pilots, private betas, and prototypes stay marked as such—no inflated status.
Built and Operational — Live in a real business I operate (gas station).
Built — Shipped and usable; not claimed as my own daily operations.
Private Beta / Controlled Pilot — Working with limits; still being proven.
Product Prototype / System Design — Architecture or prototype—not production proof.

One Engine. Thirteen Specialized Production Pipelines.
Different videos require different creative and production processes. A product demo should not be produced like a character animation, and a studio explainer should not be treated like a faceless viral short.
I built a modular video engine with 13 specialized pipelines. Each pipeline uses the stages, creative rules, assets, and quality checks appropriate to the content being produced.

02
Find the Real Bottleneck
We identify where time, money, opportunities, or control are being lost. This prevents us from automating the wrong process.
03
Design the Complete Workflow
I map how information should enter, move, trigger actions, require approval, and reach the people who need it.
04
Define the Build
I create the product requirements, workflows, data structure, permissions, AI behavior, edge cases, and acceptance criteria before uncontrolled development begins.
05
Build and Verify in Stages
The system is developed in smaller, testable phases. A feature is not complete because it looks finished; it must work through the real user journey.
06
Launch, Observe, and Improve
After the core workflow is working, real usage and performance data guide the next improvements.
Every engagement is scoped around the business problem, required integrations, risk, and implementation effort.
I Understand Both Sides of the Build.
Business Operator
I have spent nearly ten years working as a freelancer and operating businesses. I understand what it feels like when a process depends too heavily on the owner, information cannot be trusted, or repetitive work consumes time that should be used for growth.
Systems Thinker
I look beyond the interface. I consider the complete workflow, database, permissions, AI behavior, payments, admin controls, costs, errors, reporting, and long-term operation behind the product.
AI-Native Builder
I use AI to accelerate research, planning, development, and production—but I place structure, evidence, quality gates, and human approval around it.
Plain-English Partner
You should understand what is being built, why it matters, what it will cost, and what happens next. I translate technical decisions into clear business language.
About Johnny
Operator and Builder. ~10 Years Freelancing and Ops.
I'm Johnny Bodegas, founder of JCBApps Automation Systems—a Philippines-based operator and builder working with clients abroad.
For roughly ten years I've freelanced and run operations. That operator lens comes first: I care about intake, inventory, people, cash, and whether the owner can see the truth without being in the room.
The clearest proof is the gasoline station I personally operate. I built the system because paper, spreadsheets, and verbal reports were not enough for fuel, staff, and cash-flow control.
I use AI-assisted product development to turn those same kinds of problems into working software and controlled workflows for foreign SMBs—ops automation plus AI content and video systems when that is the real bottleneck.
I do not invent credentials or inflate status. If something is a pilot or prototype, it is labeled that way. If it is Built and Operational, it earns that label in a real business.
How I show up
Operator + builder (not theory-only consulting)
~10 years freelancing and business operations

Gas-station operations system as live production proof
Stack chosen for the job: AI-assisted build, Supabase/Postgres, agent workflows, video pipelines—tools listed only when they serve the outcome
Before I recommend a build, I ask:
What is slowing the business down?
Where is time or money being lost?
What information cannot be trusted or found quickly?
What work should happen automatically?
What decisions must remain under human control?
What does the owner need to see to manage with confidence?
I turn those answers into a system that can be built, tested, and used.
Tools Change. The Business Outcome Comes First.
Stack highlights—not a dump of every tool. I pick what the operation needs:
AI-assisted product development
Supabase / PostgreSQL and permissions
Structured agents and approval gates
Ops automation and internal dashboards
AI content and video production pipelines
Technology is selected according to the problem, budget, security requirements, and long-term operating needs of the project.
