This site is the personal freelancer portfolio of Johnny Bodegas, operating as JCBApps Automation Systems (JCBApps), based in the Philippines. It is not a claim of a separate registered company beyond that trade name. This page explains what happens when you contact me through the site form or by email.

What I collect

If you use the project inquiry form, I receive the details you submit. That typically includes your name, email address, company or business name, industry, the type of help you want, and project details (current process, problem, desired outcome, plus optional budget, timeline, and similar fields). The form may also store when you submitted and which page or button you came from.

If we close a paid engagement through the site, I also store agreement and payment records needed to run the work: party details, package and scope, agreed price, deposit amount and percent, typed-name signature acknowledgment and timestamp, PayPal payment status notes, post-payment intake answers, and project milestone status. Payment card data is not collected on this site — PayPal hosts checkout.

If you email info@johnnybodegas.com instead, I receive whatever you put in that message through normal email.

Why I collect it

I use inquiry details to understand your request and reply about a possible project or paid build call. Agreement and payment records are used to document scope, collect the correct PayPal deposit, unlock intake, and track milestones. I do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for marketing lists.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are saved in the site's existing Lovable Cloud / Supabase database (the project_inquiries table). Signed agreements, payments, client projects, and milestones use additional private tables (agreements, payments, client_projects, milestones). Row level security is enabled; visitors cannot list records. Clients only reach their own flow through unguessable access links. Emails sent via mailto stay in my inbox.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry records while they are useful for responding and managing a potential or active project. When they are no longer needed, I delete or archive them. You can ask me anytime to delete your inquiry data (see below).

Analytics and tracking

This site does not currently run third-party advertising or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Spam protection

The form may use basic anti-spam measures (such as a honeypot field, rate limits, or an optional Turnstile check). Those checks exist only to reduce junk submissions.

Your requests

You can ask for a copy of what you submitted, or ask me to delete it. Email info@johnnybodegas.com.
